Terms of Service-IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!

Service Description

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment and insure your commitment to the appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled with a $35.00 late/reschedule fee added to your service. If no call no show, your appointment will be cancelled an a 35.00 fee will be added to your re-schedule. You will be required to re-book and submit a new deposit. If no show a second time, you will not be served at all. These terms promote a mutual respect for both our commitments. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments are confirmed with your deposit. Please note: There is only a 15 minute grace period to be beyond your appointment time. There are no additional persons or children allowed at your appointment a $35.00 NO SHOW and CANCELLATION FEE added to the price of your service when rescheduled if your appointment is not cancelled within 48 HOURS BEFORE the meeting. We allow ONE reschedule with no 2nd deposit required if done within 48 HOURS! NO EXCEPTIONS! If you reschedule outside of this time frame, your deposit will be lost and you will have to reschedule with a new deposit. We try to accommodate all our clients as well as be fair. Please respect our time and policies as we will do the same for you. Cancellation Policy for Promos: All appointments booked with a promotional discount or coupon code must be met. If you cancel or reschedule your forfeit your discount. You will be asked to book another appointment and pay another deposit. We strive to be fair to all clients and we understand things happen but sales and promotions are limited time offers. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Your appointment will be automatically cancelled with no deposit. PRICING SCHEDULE FOR TOUCH UPS IS AS FOLLOWS : 6-8 WEEKS $199.00 (Touch Up) 9-12 WEEKS $250.00 (Touch Up) 13 WEEKS ++(FULL PRICE OF PROCEDURE) Masks required with each appointment **Please do not schedule or present if you are exhibiting symptoms or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and, are in the quarantine period. If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have recovered please feel free to schedule but be sure to have a doctor's note confirming that you have completely recovered from COVID-19. **Please understand that in order to honor and respect Client appointments and the Artist's schedule, this policy is strictly enforced!**
